Work Out of the Day

“Repetitions”

For time:

5 rounds of –

– 10 pushups

– 15 wallballs, 20/14lbs

– 5 pushups

– 200m run

Rest 2 minutes, then repeat 5 more rounds.

Post total time to beyond the whiteboard.
