Work Out of the Day


As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 pullups 

10 pushups

15 squats

Post rounds and reps to beyond the whiteboard.

Metcon Workout

For time:

2k row or 1mile run

3min rest

1k row or 800m run

2min rest

500m row or 400m run

1min rest

250m row or 200m run

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
