“Slow Burn”

For time: 

40 burpees

30 jumping squats, 45/35lbs

20 burpees

10 jumping squats, 45/35lbs

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.


5 rounds for max reps of:

1 minute ring rows

1 minute situps

1 minute kbs swings, 53/35lbs

1 minute rest

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
