Complete the following cycle 3 times with a 1 minute rest after each 5 minutes of work:

As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

9 kb swings, 53/35lbs

14 air squats

20 box jumps, 20″

12 pushups

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
