As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 lateral bar burpees
10 deadlifts, 185/125lbs
5 jump and touch, 18/12″
Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
5 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:
6 kb swings
9 double unders or tuck jumps
1 minute rests between rounds. Post total rounds to beyond the whiteboard.
