We are getting together this Saturday to take on CrossFit Open Workout 13.4 at SinCity CrossFit South!    Click here to register for a heat time!  You must reserve a time to workout!  There will be 6 athletes per heat.  Click here to see the roster!  We would like everyone to come out and complete this 7 minute workout and cheer on all the competitors!

Workout of the Day

CrossFit Open 13.4

As many reps as possible in 7 min of:

3 Clean and jerk 135/95 (55+ 115/ 65)

3 Toes 2 Bar





Continue with progression as fast as possible until time is up.


4 Rounds for time:

Run 400m

20 Wallballs

20 Sit-ups

50ft Bearcrawl

50 Crabwalk

Rest 1 min
