Overhead Squats 3-3-3-3-3


“Short Circuit”

12-9-6-3 reps for time of:

overhead squat, 115/75lbs

knees to elbows

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Metcon Workout

5 rounds for time:

50 ft bear crawl

15 burpees

50 ft overhead walking lunge, 30/20lbs

15 ball slams, 30/20lbs

50 ft broad jump

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
