***There will be no Saturday class this weekend. We are hosting Open workout 13.2 From 9 am to 12pm! Come by and check out your fellow SinCity CrossFit members do the workout!***

We will be getting together this Saturday to take on this workout at SinCity CrossFit South!  Click here to register for a heat time!  You must reserve a time to workout!  There will be 6 athletes per heat.  Click here to see the roster!  We would like everyone to come out and complete this 10 minute workout and cheer on all the competitors!

9 Power clean 135/95

Run 400m

50 ft Bear crawl

50 ft walking Lunge

10 Grasshoppers

10 Ball slams 30/20
