5 Shoulder to overhead 115/75 (Masters 55+ 95/55)

10 Deadlift 115/75 (Masters 55+ 95/55)

15 Box Jumps 24/20 (Masters 55+ 20/20)



18 min AMRAP

5 Hand release pushups

10 kettle bell swings 53/35

15 box jumps 24/20
