Muscle Up Practice

then,

“Funky Monkey”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

2 muscle ups

4 burpee box jumps, 30/24″

8 medball situps, 20/14lbs

Post rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.

Metcon Workout

For time:

1 mile run

8 rounds of BS

800m run

4 rounds of BS

400m run

2 rounds of BS

200m run 

1 round of BS

BS = 5 ball slams and 10 situps.  Post time to beyondl the whiteboard.
