For time:

100′ overhead walking lunges, 45/35lb barbell

then,

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

shoulder to overhead, 135/95lbs

lateral burpees over barbell

toes to bar

then,

100′ overhead walking lunges, 45/35lbs barbell

Post time to beyond the whiteboard.

5 rounds for time of:

400m run

10 front squats, 20/14lbs

10 situps

10 box jumps

10 situps
