Front Squat 10-10-10-10-10

then,

4 rounds for time of:

200m sprint

50 double unders

1 minute rest

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Metcon Workout

For time:

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of –

Jumping pullups

pushups

– 50′ bear crawl

– 50′ burpee broad jump

bear crawl and burpee broad jump after every set of pushups.  Post time to beyond the whiteboard.
