3 rounds for reps –

1 minute burpees

1 minute power snatch, 75/55lbs

1 minute box jumps, 24/20″

1 minute thrusters, 75/55lbs

1 minute chest to bar pullups

1 minute rest

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.  

 

Metcon Workout

4 rounds for reps of –

1 minute wallballs 

1 minute burpees 

1 minute kb swings

1 minute situps

1 minute rest
