Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3


Death by –

Deadlift, 225/155lbs

Lateral bar burpees

Complete 1 deadlift and 1 over the bar burpee in the first minute, two of each in the second minute, and so on.  When you can no longer complete the deadlifts and burpees within the minute, the workout is over.  Post loads and reps completed to beyond the whiteboard.
