“Josh’s Nightmare”

In 20 minutes,

Run 1200m, then:

AMRAP of:

12 Wallballs

12 Toes to bar

12 Box jumps 24/20

Run 800, then,

10 rounds of:

10 Kettlebell swings 53/35

5  Burpees

10 Grasshoppers

then, Run 800
