buy in – 1000m row 0r 800m run

5 sumo deadlift high pulls, 115/75lbs

10 hand release pushups

15 walking lunges

20 double unders

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 medball cleans

10 grasshoppers

10 jumping pulls

100m run
