Shoulder Press 3-3-3-3-3

Then,

15 Min AMRAP of:

10 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95

15 Box Jumps 24/20

20 Situps

Metcon

Run 400m

Then,

10 rounds of:

10 Kbs 53/35

10 Alt. Jumping Lunges

10 sit-ups

Then,

Run 400m
