Work Out of the Day

Snatch 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

then,

110523 Mainsite WOD

Seven rounds of:

35 Double-unders

1 Snatch

Make one snatch attempt per round. Post time and total of all successful snatches to comments. Do not count missed reps.  

 

Metcon Workout

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 ball slams, 30/20lbs

10 tuck jumps

10 pushups

1 down up x current round

Post total rounds completed to beyond the whiteboard.
