Warm up
30 sec Forearm plank
10 Side plank rotations
10 Jefferson Curls
*rest as needed

A) Back Squat
@32×1 5,5,5 ; rest 2-3 minutes

Then,

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
50-ft. handstand walk
