In 5 Minutes Complete
600m Sandbag or Wallball Run
Then AMRAP
Rope Climbs 15′ (Fitness Ring rows)
Rest 2 Minutes
In 4 Minutes Complete
400m Sandbag or Wallball Run
Then AMRAP
Overhead Squats 75/55 (Fitness OH Walking Lunges 20/14)
Rest 2 Minutes
In 3 Minutes Complete
200m Sandbag or Wallball Run
Then AMRAP
Row/Bike for Cals
*If partnering up, run together and switch the sandbag/wallball when you choose
