As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

1 Sumo deadlift high pull 75/53

1 Pushup

2 Sdhp

2 Pushup

3 Sdhp

3 Pushup



continue with this progression as fast and long as you are able to for the 10 minute time frame. total reps is the score.


20 min amrap of:

Run 150

6 Walking lunges 30/20

3 Burpees

Ball slams x2
