3 rounds for max reps:

1 minute – burpee box jump, 30/24″

1 minute – 5m prowler push, 90/50lbs

1 minute – medicine ball clean, 150/80lbs

1 minute – 6m kb farmers carry, 140/90lbs

1 minute – handstand pushups

2 minute rest

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
