Work Out of the Day

In teams of two:
Run 800m
50 Hang Power Cleans  135/95 lbs
75 Back Squats  135/95 lbs
100 Pull-Ups
150 Push-Ups
Run 800m

Teams can partition reps however. Must complete each movement before moving to next

In teams of two:
Run 800m
50 Ball Slams 30/20
100 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
150 Partner Sit-ups 20/14
200 Push ups
Run 800m

Partition reps as you want, but the team must complete each task before moving forward.
