This Saturday is the 31 Heroes WOD at the main gym off Wigwam and Gibson. South will still have the regular make up times. All proceeds raised at the 31 Heroes event will support the families of fallen military heroes.

30 Pushups



5 rounds for time:

15 Slamballs 30/20

200m run

10 Front squats with slam ball 30/ 20

run 100m

5 Burpee Box Overs 24/20
