Workout of the Day


30 rounds for time of:

5 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs

3 Handstand Push Ups

1 Power Clean, 225/155 lbs

* A squat clean will not count. If you can not generate the necessary power to move the bar to your shoulders and keep your hips above parallel, then you must either rest, or lower your weight. 


30 min AMRAP:
20 Sit-ups
15 Box jumps 24/20
10 Wallballs 20/14
 5 Burpees
Run 200m
