The 430pm metcon has been moved to 530pm today!

Next week we will have WODs at 6am on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Work Out of the Day

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

then,

“Can Crusher”

As many reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

500m row 

max rep front squats, 135/95lbs

After each row athletes have one set to complete as many front squats without dropping the bar. Post loads and reps to beyond the whiteboard.
