Metcon

Team 25 minute AMRAP of:

1 partner runs 150 meters with plate 25/15, while other partner completes as many rounds as possible of:

10 Burpees

15 Situps

10 Box jumps 24/20

* 1 partner runs with the plate while the other partner accumulates rounds. When the runner returns, they switch places. The teams score will be the total number of rounds of burpees, situps and boxjumps.
