Hang Power Snatch, 115/75lb

Toes to Bar

Post loads and time to beyond the whiteboard.

Metcon Workout

5 rounds for max reps in 3 minutes of:

-3 burpees 

-6 wallballs, 20/14lb

-9 grasshoppers 

1 minute rest

Post total reps to beyond the whiteboard.
