There are no Skills classes this week. Skills finished last week and will start over Tuesday September 4.

Remember the diet challenge kicks off this Saturday at SinCity CrossFit South with a Paleo Potluck. The Bod Pod be here weighing and taking body fat measurements of the participants. There will also be a special Workout of the Day! Don’t forget to sign up for the Bod Pod at the Gym, ask TJ or Max for more information.
