1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1-mile run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed, or break into 5 rounds of 20, 40, 60, as done at this year’s CrossFit Games. If you’ve got a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.
