The Nutrition Challenge week is here! Everyday this week will be a CrossFit Benchmark workout. These workouts are NOT mandatory. They are for you to track and see your own progress when implementing proper nutrition into your lifestyle! The weigh-ins and ‘before” photo’s are going to be Friday-Sunday during normal business hours. The Nutrition seminar will be Sunday at 9am and is FREE for all nutrition challenge participants. Courtney and Shaina are going to focus on Food Quality, Macros and proper activity, followed up by a Q and A. Please bring your friends in to sign up and check it out! It’s only$40 for members and $75 to enter the challenge for new sign-ups- This includes the 5 weeks of unlimited CrossFit and Core and Cardio classes- We’re also giving a 20% referral discount off of your membership for bringing them in!
